Common faults and solutions of range hood motors：
If the installation point is too high from the stove, lower the installation point appropriately;
If the exhaust pipe is too long or the direction of the air outlet is not properly selected, shorten the exhaust pipe appropriately and re-select the direction of the air outlet;
If the sealing strip fails and leaks, replace the sealing strip to make it tightly sealed;
If the internal circulation activated carbon fails, replace the activated carbon; if the indoor and outdoor pressure difference is too large, properly open the door and window to reduce the indoor and outdoor pressure difference;
If the voltage is too low, a voltage stabilizer should be configured if necessary; the suction passage is blocked by oil, and the oil should be cleaned.
Analysis and treatment of the failure of the range hood motor-key switch:
If the key switch can be locked by pressing the key switch, and the motor cannot be started by pressing each gear, then the common connection is broken, find out and re-solder it;
If one of the gears is pressed, the motor cannot run, and the other gears are normal, indicating that only the contact of the out-of-control gear is damaged or the connection of the sub-grade is broken, and the contact and connection should be repaired;
If the motor can be operated by pressing the key switch, but the key cannot be locked after releasing it, mainly because the conductive spring in the switch is deformed and cannot contact the conductive sheet, or the switch spring sheet is displaced or falls off, the spring sheet should be adjusted or a new switch should be replaced;
If the two gears of the key switch are locked, it means that the interlock spring is squeezed, deformed and displaced, and the interlock spring should be adjusted and repaired.
