After reaching the peak value, when the centrifugal fan is used to start the operation, the dust particles will be unevenly dispersed, and the weight of the fan blades will also be different, so the vibration frequency at this time is increased.


Before fixing the connecting equipment, it is not firm: the fixing parts of the centrifugal fan mainly include the following, the machine base, the base, the foot bolts, the volute and the connecting pipe. Last year, our company found that the vertical vibration of the bearing increased during the independent inspection of the customer's fan, and the value of this vibration was abnormal. A comprehensive inspection of the centrifugal fan was carried out at random, but there were no problems with these devices. After a more detailed inspection, it was found that the foundation of the bearing seat was a flat steel plate, and the steel plate was fixed on the grouting foundation with anchor bolts. During inspection, it was found that the anchor bolts of the foundation were loose, and after tightening it, there was no problem.
