1. Can you send samples with free ?
Answer:Yes, we can provide samples to customer for testing and approval 1 or 2 pcs with free, but customer need need to pay the express fees or provide the courier account to us. If need more samples, we will negotiate with customer for charges

2. When can you send the samples?

Answer: depends on the sample qty and specifications, we need about 1 week to prepare the samples and send to you with soonest

3. What should we do to start the business, the payment?

Answer: we need deposit 30% TT, and the balance before loading,you can send inspector to check the products

4. Where is your nearest pot for loading?

Answer: Ningbo or Shanghai pot.we located in Zhejiang province,in the east of china.it takes 1 hour from our factory to Ningbo pot

5.What kind of certificates or approves you have?

Answer:yes, for the quality systems we had passed ISO9001:2000,for the products, we have gotten Tuv,ETL,CCC,CE,RoHS,certifications . if you have special approves request, we can provide service for you as well

6. Where is your main market for your products?

Answer: every year we export many containers to different countries and area, Korea, Japan, Southeast Asia,north America,EU,and Mid East,Russia…etc
