1. Cut the material according to the required size and material conditions of the drawing, so that the size of the centrifugal fan blanking meets the requirements of the drawing.
2. The material of raw material conforms to the technical standards, and there shall be no hardening after oxygen cutting.
3. The machining allowance of the machining parts of the centrifugal fan shall not exceed 3~5mm (total machining volume).
4. Clean up the residue.
5. The deformation after oxygen cutting should be corrected after completion.
6. The rust of the centrifugal fan surface is clean, the surface is smooth, and there should be no appearance problems such as high point deformation.
If the loading and unloading of the centrifugal fan do not meet the requirements, it will seriously affect the subsequent processing and production, and if it is serious, it will directly cause machine damage and product quality problems.
