1. Wear of volute:
The more severely worn parts of the volutes of various centrifugal fans are near the volute tongue. Generally, from the volute tongue, the wear is more serious in the part where the 1/6 to 1/4 worm line is sung.
2. Blade wear:
① Forward blade. The blades of the 7-29 pulverized coal fan in the pulverized coal system are mostly worn at the blade inlet, outlet, and near the root of the rear disc.
②Radial straight blades. The straight-blow pulverizing system uses the straight blades of the 0.4-90° radial fan of the former Soviet Union, which are generally saw-toothed, and the wear parts are mostly at the blade outlet, which is gradually reduced from the blade outlet inward.
③ Backward airfoil blades. The abrasion of the rear-facing airfoil blades is severely located at the exit section and the blade head on the side close to the rear disc. After the blade head is worn, it is easy to enter coal ash in the blade cavity, which will damage the balance of the rotor and cause relatives to vibrate.
④ Backward straight blades. The wear part of the backward straight blade suction fan is on the side of the blade outlet near the center plate.
